No Trickplay Settings #7214

My understanding is that I enable Trickplay by going to Admin -> Libraries -> [Choose Library] -> Manage Library; is this correct? I don't see any Trickplay settings. I've upgraded to the latest version, cleared cache, tried different browsers/devices, etc and don't see those settings. Not sure if this is related but I'd also expect "active devices" to reflect the server's version as I'm using a web browser. I can't seem to get anything higher than 10.8.0, even when my web server is updated to 10.11.0 (see image). 
Any advice would be appreciated |

Custom themes shouldn't work in 10.11 on the dashboard due to a redesign, so are you sure your web client is properly updated? It seems like your server is up to date but the web client is lagging behind, which is why it's reporting the older version. If you give us more information on how you installed Jellyfin, I can help you out further. Also do note that updates from 10.8 directly to 10.11 is not supported (if that's what you did), the recommended path is to update one major version at a time. |

scratch that [now deleted] reply had a bad config. that makes sense about the theming. let me get rid of that and see if it helps |
