Play all & shuffle not working on studios

I am on
Server version
10.10.6
Web version
10.10.6 (c335a30)
Build version
10.10.6

When clicking on a studio the shuffle and play all buttons result in the message

Playback Error - No player found for the requested media

Also happens on my iOS app

Reproduction Steps

1. Go to Library
2. Select an item
3. Select any studio
4. Click 'Shuffle' or 'Play All'
5. Error occurs

Expected/Actual behaviour

The movies in the studio list should play in shuffled order but instead no playback happens
