`emby-scroller`' won't be initialized

Describe the bug

Never had an issue with slider and did a build from master tried it in multiple browser chromium based and gecko (Firefox).

Reproduction Steps

!. Access current master jellyfin wbe
2. Home has no slider. (and all other views as well)

Expected/Actual behaviour

Initialize sliders

No JS error in console or npm error (deleted node_modules and run npm i + npm run build:production)

Do you just not have the buttons to scroll the items?
Does the device have a touch screen?

No touch screen. I used now bisect and found the commit, yes it is the touch hide buttons.

I do not understand why this was changed:.

• Enough laptops and so on have a touch screen and would hide it, but you often use the mouse and do not want fingerprints on screen and watching something afterward
• Dual screen with Laptop touch has also no icons.

Why not use CSS and respect mouse

My guess is you test something like navigator.maxTouchPoints and I get 5 in firefox. I have no touch screen, at least it is news to me, not even a laptop.
Chromium based browser: navigator.maxTouchPoints returns 10
