Keep unfinished downloads after restarting the app

Describe the bug
On the app cannot be saved the work on proccess.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Just add a new download and close the app before finish. You will not be able to continue or at least keep the link pasted before.

Expected behavior
To add a resume feature will be great but if not possible at least an option to save the links that do not end yet.

Reported for the W10 version 3.1.3
