Replace unsupported module - Morris.js

The module being used for the basic dashboard metrics has been deprecated and will no longer be supported. 

The dashboard is currently not broken but will make it difficult to maintain and add new features in future. 

This module should be replaced with a more modern module which will allows for additional dashboards to be created
