Date tag/links don't work with external preview

I'm not calling this a bug since the change from an internal preview used in version 2.26 to the external view in later versions is documented in the change log. For my current activities, I've found it convenient to enter date tags/links (sample: [2022-11-15] ) to hop between related daily entries. I understand the changes to the supporting libraries have forced this change.

I hope that further revisions might make it possible to restore this feature, but in meanwhile, I'm going to stick with version 2.26. I find RedNotebook very useful even with a older version. Thank you for looking for ways to keep improving it.
