Allow to quote a repost

Description

In the main feeds view; after clicking on Repost a given Post, there's no way to quote it and it's automatically reposting it instead.

Current behaviour

Having a post when trying to repost or quote, it's automatically reposted.

Expected behaviour

Having a post when clicking on repost, open a dialog below allowing to repost, or quote it

• If clicking on repost, just trigger the current behavoir
• If clicking on quote, open a dialog like a new post, referring the reposted one as it's shown below
