Allow redirecting to multiple Jira projects

What feature do you want to see added?

It would be nice to be able to redirect more than only JENKINS migrated issues, so more projects could benefit from this service.

Ex: the INFRA project, which issues have been migrated to jenkins-infra/helpdesk (jenkins-infra/helpdesk#9)

For now requires modification of redirect.sh script for each new project.

Could be improved to automatically create redirection for each unique project names found in the mapping instead of hardcoding each of them.
