Reproduction steps

I just noticed that the last Code Coverage in Github Actions check was reported back way in the past:
jenkinsci/jira-plugin#622
In the next PR, it's already gone:
jenkinsci/jira-plugin#624

I see in the logs that it tries to get the repport but it's not there:

Maybe this is anyhow related to the move from jacoco plugin?

This seems not to be related: the message is from JaCoCo in maven: please check your POM why JaCoCo is not called anymore...

I see the same effect on the local machine, so it's not pipeline-library related, hence closing and I'll open this on the parent-pom side.
Jacoco profile is enabled (-Penable-jacoco is present and Jacoco is called), but for some reason the report is not generated.
