Plugin `aio-tests` has no issue tracker

The plugin https://plugins.jenkins.io/aio-tests/ has no defined issue tracker.

GitHub Issues is disabled, and there's no component on issues.jenkins.io.

@aiotcms Could you let us know what your preferred issue tracker for that plugin is (GH Issues or Jira)? We can then set it up.

Agreed which will be why there's no tracker listed here as we don't list third party trackers.
