GitHub Action workflow `sync-plugin-manager` is constantly failing

I don't know since when, but I've noticed this GHA is failing multiple times a day:

Note: the "Jenkins Dependency Updater" GitHub App used by this workflow is enabled only on this repository and in bom (where it's not used anymore), to be deleted after #2232?
