[JENKINS-75285] Git summary hyperlink for ssh URLs

The build summary page displays information about a build including git repositories used. It will create a hyperlink for the repository but only if it starts with http.

The summary page and the git build data page should be enhanced to provide a hyperlink for ssh urls that ultimately link to an http viewer. This should be possible using the configured git browser.
