"Keep this build forever" Button Missing with new-build-page.flag #26196

When I enable the "New build page" feature preview (new-build-page.flag) I'm no longer able to find the "Keep this build forever"/ "Don't keep the build forever" button on a build page. I sometimes use the functionality to store a build for further analysis since we use a quite strict cleanup policy.
With default UI:
With "New build page" feature:
-> The build description can still be added here, but even the "3 dot menu" does not allow keeping the build forever.
Am I just searching for the button in the wrong location? Or is it really not there?
