[JENKINS-73998] No option to configure the actions when a config file is removed

Hello,

The DSL jobs in the GUI has on option to configure the actions when a config files is removed, but the DSL itself has not this option.

The only option are:

• removeAction
• removeViewAction

Hello,

The DSL jobs in the GUI has on option to configure the actions when a config files is removed, but the DSL itself has not this option.
