unable to view resources-ai-chatbot in system configuration to configure API URL

Jenkins and plugins versions report

1. Installed latest resources ai chatbot plugin
2. we are on Jenkins 2.528.1 version
3. Even after many attempts/restarts couldn't see the configuration for this plugin in system configuration to setup the API URL.
4. local setup for api is completed and running fine.
   seesion id, chat messages, chat message reply are working.

Here the concern is how can we use this chatbot setup in Jenkins when it is unavailable to configure in the system.

I would like to understand how this is needs to be configured. can anyone help. There is no documentation available on it.

What Operating System are you using (both controller, and any agents involved in the problem)?

All are RHEL 9 servers.

Changing to Enhancement. We still rely on manual config, this is a future enhancement.

So it means this is not yet developed completely. Then why this is available in the plugin database to install it?.
