Support external Jenkins controllers

Hi, 

I checked the docu and it seems as if the only way to use the plugin is to run both Jenkins and of course Tekton in the same K8S cluster.

Many folks might have an existing Jenkins instance which in many cases will not be in K8S yet.

Would be cool to support this.
