[JENKINS-62721] Wrong time zone in log use docker from jenkins/jenkins:2.177

exec cmd in centos7 

docker run -e TZ=Asia/Shanghai -e JAVA_OPTS="-Duser.timezone=Asia/Shanghai" jenkins/jenkins:2.176

Log time zone is correct

Then change image from jenkins/jenkins:2.176 to jenkins/jenkins:2.177

Log time zone is wrong

please help

  Looks like a deliberate choice per https://github.com/jenkinsci/lib-support-log-formatter/blob/a0a5908b91497dcaf5504045f5b84e39d5ceb670/src/main/java/io/jenkins/lib/support_log_formatter/SupportLogFormatter.java#L50 so you'd need to provide a custom log format.
