Tracking OpenAPI Descriptions that we cannot import

Add un-importable OpenAPI Description as a separate comment to this issue. Usual reasons why OpenAPI Description cannot be imported:

• doesn't have a absolute server URL in top level OpenAPI Object
• doesn't have server url template in top level OpenAPI Object which resolves via server variables default values to an absolute server URL
• absolute server URL is not accessible via internet or doesn't work
