model predict almost label as None tag

Hi, i'm implement your code to my project but i struggle with prolem that almost relation edge are predicted as NONE tag. Do you encounter with this problem? I have try class weight( small weight for None tag) but it does'nt significantly improve results. I really need some suggestions. Thanks!
