What goes in each email

Per CLAUDE.md operational rule #1 (Stu directs via GitHub, not email — but for partner-marketing coordination, email is appropriate because Frank/Stu both have decision authority here that doesn't fit GitHub's issue surface).

Email 1 (2026-05-13) — Subject: "Kobiton M3 listing — copy for sign-off (10 min review)"

• Listing tagline + long description + features + use cases inline
• Three tagline options (A/B/C) with default
• Ask: which tagline option, any wording changes, OK on long description?
• Footer: clean signature - Jeremy Longshore / intentsolutions.io per CLAUDE.md rule 8

Email 2 (2026-05-14) — Subject: "Kobiton plugin icon SVG needed for M3 listing (low lift)"

• Specs: 64×64, 256×256, SVG, transparent background, license to use in tonsofskills.com listing
• Fallback noted: if not available by 2026-05-16, falls back to repo logo (suboptimal)
• Ask: please send by 2026-05-16

Email 3 (2026-05-16) — Subject: "Kobiton M3 listing staging URL (review before 5/18 live-flip)"

• Staging URL (basicauth or unlisted)
• Tagline / copy as live; visual assets in place
• Ask: any final changes? Any compliance/legal concerns?

Email 4 (2026-05-17) — Subject: "Kobiton M3 listing — final live-flip sign-off (yes/no)"

• One-line ask: "Sign-off to flip listing live 2026-05-18 00:00 ET?"
• Quick reply expected — Frank/Stu both required

Email 5 (2026-05-18, post-flip) — Subject: "Kobiton M3 listing is live"

• Confirm live URL + post-flip screenshot
• FYI only, no response expected
• 1-week M3 window now running through 2026-05-25

Sign-off gates

• All 5 emails sent on schedule
• Frank explicit sign-off on tagline + long description (Email 1 reply)
• Stu confirms icon delivery (Email 2 reply) OR fallback explicitly accepted
• Staging URL review responses captured (Email 3) — change-requests addressed
• Live-flip explicit "yes" received from BOTH Frank and Stu (Email 4)
• Post-flip confirmation sent (Email 5)
