Add support to HFE files

i've seen a hfe directory in the project but it seems they are not supported by the comand line tool. So I'm voting for an HFE support.
yep I'd like to directly work on HFE files in my current project, but as I use dsk to add files, I can't ;)

It's planned, but no time to keep on the development. But it's in the box.
