How to go to a specific panel directly?

I understand that I can use tab and shift-tab to switch between files, branches, commit and stash panels.
Are there commands (or is it possible to define commands) to go to a specific panel directly?

I'm asking because I'm using talon voice and I would like to create talon commands for lazygit.

The numbers 1-5 should have the same effect, each panel has a number in one of the corners.

@jesseduffield I think it might be a good idea to add those to the keybindings page, as it is not 100% apparent :)

Jesse is no longer actively maintaining lazygit, it's me now.

I'm reluctant to add those keybindings to the menu, because it's already so long, and I think it's main purpose is to look up those keys that are hard to remember. (What is r bound to again, is it reword or rebase?) For the panel jump keys, I find it unlikely that you have to look them up again once they know they exist, and personally I think the numbers in brackets next to the panel titles are enough of a clue.
