Unable to add a second line when editing a commit message

Describe the bug
When editing a commit message (commits panel -> press 'r') I am not able to insert a new line (meta + enter). I can add new lines to the main commit message dialog, so it's not an issue with my meta.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a new commit
2. Navigate to it in the commits panel
3. Press 'r' to edit the commit message
4. Press meta + enter

Expected behavior
I expect it would insert a new line.

Sorry for the late response, this is definitely a thing that needs fixing up. We should really be using the commit message panel to render this rather than the confirmation panel, because it supports multiline and shows a count of characters.

In modern LazyGit this menu uses the commit message panel.
