Loading indicator when rebasing

When I fetch / pull / push I always see a loading indicator |/-|\-| but not when I rebase a branch. Sometimes this takes a little bit longer in bigger projects and I'm almost never sure if it's actually rebasing when I hit Enter or not. It would be good to show the same loading indicator here.

We have a loading indicator in the bottom left now that says "Rebasing" and spins around. While not precisely what is described in this issue, I think it is adequate for knowing whether you are currently rebasing.
