Merge Conflicts panel doesn't work on windows OS

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Resolve conflicts when rebase or cherry-pick
2. Press Enter to access to resolve conflict panel

Expected behavior
The merge conflicts panel should display codes.

Actual behavior
The merge conflicts panel is empty.

Desktop:

• OS: Windows10 and Windows 11
• Lazygit Version v0.28.1

Unable to reproduce on current latest v0.49.0, probably something got fixed in the last few years.
