Add MPR to installation sources list in the README #1763

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The Ubuntu PPA has been deprecated, though the binary package on the MPR is not. Many people are looking for an alternative way to install it on Ubuntu, as referenced by #1717, #1762, and #1399 to give a few examples.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add the MPR to the Ubuntu field, much the same that the AUR is listed under the Arch field.
Describe alternatives you've considered
The PPA, which is now deprecated
Additional context
The MPR is the AUR, but for Ubuntu and Debian.
