Diff Commits does not work

According to #408 it should be possible to select a commit with space and diff this to the cursor selected commit.
But pressing space only asks for Checkout of the commit.

It's probably due to the key being W, the help menu states (pressing ?):

W      open diff menu...

W works, although it is a bit inelegant, it seems that the default behavior is to diff a commit versus itself, which produces nothing.

If you select the 2nd option though, and choose your 2nd reference, all things work as you would desire.
