c-enter not working in macos

Hi,

i get that lazygit was built around windows. As a work around for #4375 , I tried

    confirmInEditor: <a-enter>

I tried c-enter, its reporting unrecognized

Keybindings like these are not available to normal TUI applications, unless they support this protocol. The libraries that lazygit is built on (tcell and gocui) don't support this yet; see gdamore/tcell#671.
