Bug: Inlay Hints showing up incorrectly #4619

I'm not sure what plugin is causing this issue. But what I'm seeing is that the hints are being misrepresented in on the line that I'm editing. I tried disabling inlay-hints using the command <leader> + u + h
Potentially Causing this issue:
It could be Nvim-cmp or blink causing this issue where I'm unable to disable these suggestions or hints
Anyone else seeing this issue? or know a solution. Here are some pictures showing incorrect results in all vim modes. ( visual, insert, etc)
