Disable "Unstaged changes" / "Staged changes" if one of the splits are empty. #4915

@torgesla

Description

@torgesla

Just as the title says, I want to be able to hide the "Unstaged/Stages changes"-split if any of them are empty (without changing the screenMode-option each time). Can it be dynamic in such a way?

It existed an issue for this earlier also, but it was closed due the author finding another way in it's workflow. In the image you can see that the "Unstaged changes" is empty but still occupies half of the page height.
