Add button on admin page to refresh site and rerun all the article pages #16
Description
Currently, when we are making changes to the the code which generates articles, or make changes to to the template on which the articles are based, we make the corrections locally and then upload all 4,000+ articles. Instead, let's change our approach, and run all code remotely.
First, please add a button on the admin page to refresh the entire site and rerun all the article pages. Currently there is a button to process new PDFs. The purpose of this additional button is to rerun and refresh all article pages on the site.
Going forward (and documentation should reflect this) any changes to templates or generating code should be run on the server side.
