Add support for `typescript-eslint` v8

typescript-eslint v8 was released two months ago. Could you please widen the peer dependency version range for @typescript-eslint/eslint-plugin from ^6.0.0 || ^7.0.0 || ^8.0.0 to ^6.0.0 || ^7.0.0 || ^8.0.0 || ^9.0.0, or are there incompatible changes?

Nevermind, v8 is already included in the peer dependencies... 😅
