Toggle Coverage CodeLens with the overlay

Steps to Reproduce

With the changes to toggling the coverage overlay in PR #229, it looks like the coverage CodeLens doesn't change visibility when toggling coverage.

Expected Behavior

Coverage CodeLens toggles with command.

Actual Behavior

I would like to keep the CodeLens even if the overlay gets hidden since the visual impact of the CodeLens is much much lower than the overlay. If one would also like to disable the CodeLens, he still could disable coverage collection in Jest's settings.

Ah, we'll have to add a new command to update the UI to control what we're showing...

Perhaps I'm doing something wrong, but this still seems to be an issue. I cannot see any Code Coverage overlay.

I assume you have already read How do I show code coverage? and setup jest accordingly?

Yeah, already added that to my settings, but it didn't show up.
