Add support for fixits

Re: https://github.com/facebook/jest/pull/5718 and https://github.com/facebook/jest/issues/4442

Jest will eventually provide a new attribute in the results JSON for "fixits". I expect jest-editor-support will actually do the detection of what to change in the source code, so this app will just need to pass that back to vscode via the extension API
