Load does not work for some objects

Describe the bug and steps to reproduce

Expected behavior

EntityParticle does not support queryMore(), use LIMIT to restrict the results to a single batch

When this fails, it seems to break the data load process

Short term fix: Add limit of 2K.

Longer term fix: See if we can use OFFSET and/or break the queries up into smaller sets of sobjects so that we are less likely to hit this limit.

This has completely broken the permissions manager. You have doubled up on the LIMIT part of the query.
