Show duplicate record ids when data load fails with duplicates

Describe the bug and steps to reproduce

When we get this error can we get what records were detected as duplicate?
DUPLICATES_DETECTED: Use one of these records?

After investigation, it looks like the API does not return the required data and there does not appear to be a good way to do this.

Leaving ticket open for more investigation and in case SFDC releases something in the future.
