Need AVR-GCC for Windows or help with Ubuntu V22

I've been trying to compile this on windows but can't without a toolchain. I've then downloaded Ubuntu, but I can't get Scons to work. I need help compiling this. I can't use the compiled firmware on thingiverse since I have a custom build volume.
