I am working with a rii i8+ mini kb+touchpad (with bt) and xiao nrf board.
I can get it working only if I first bind the i8 with my pc, then disable bt on my pc. After doing this I see all the correct inputs in the web config monitor.
Otherwise if I try and get them to stay paired without first binding the i8 to the pc then disconnecting, I just get slow cycling leds on both devices... on 2sec, off 1sec, on 2sec, etc, and it doesn't work. I have tried "forget all devices", "pair new device" in the web tool, and reflashing many times, but nothing seems to get it working reliably. FWIW The i8 does not need a pin number to bind to the PC.
Is this something that could be fixed with coding? I would like to help debug but there's no "terminal output" available in the web config tool, and not sure how else to go about seeing what is actually happening here. It would be nice to fix since the 2.4 dongle that came with my i8 is physically broken. Any help is much appreciated.
