Timeouts downloading jfrog-cli from Github API

We are experiencing timeouts in ADO due to the new release of the JFrog-tasks:

The timeouts are from the Github API. I can't reproduce the network-issue myself - it happens as part of the task:

As we're using multiple JFrog-tasks in our pipeline-templates, the slowdown is significant - ~135 seconds of attempting to download per build-stage

Released a fix version of Plugin 2.12.7.

I'll investigate if the issue is resolved on our end - I see ADO is using the new version as of an hour ago 😊
