firfarrow_xxxx_set_delay does not update the nominal delay parameter in farrow filter object. Functionality wise, this is a minor issue but becomes annoying since a subsequent call to get_coefficients API then always reports that filter co-efficients are for mu=0.0f regardless of what the user has set as nominal delay.
