Hi there, I'm like 99% happy with taking notes in markdown and using pandoc to create publishable mediawiki files!
One missing piece (or at least that I couldn't find how to do), is to have inline images in md where I can specify what output formatting goes into the mediawiki.
Like:
becomes[[File:GET IN LOSER.jpg]], and this is great!BUT, I'd love if I could somehow get a format to pull through, so output like
[[File:GET IN LOSER.jpg|thumb]]So my workflow would more-or-less be:
I do a quick diff after my re-render anyway, so I can at least scan for / catch the loss of formatting before I overwrite it, but I'd love if there were any way to document it in my markdown!
I did notice some prior art in the implicit_figures documentation, how you can do something like this for LaTeX:
