Panel backdrop-filter transition not working in Chrome

Description

Panel backdrop-filter transition not working in Chrome.

Add transition: backdrop-filter 1s to the .panel class and backdrop-filter: blur(5px) to .panel:hover. Observe the effects in different browsers.
