redmine-docker: bundle install error with redmine v6.0.5

Describe the bug
when executing the command bundle install --without development test the following error is generated: Gem::Ext::BuildError: ERROR: Failed to build gem native extension.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. copy and extract dashboard-plugin into /usr/src/redmine/plugins/redmine_dashboard
2. cd /usr/src/redmine/plugins/redmine_dashboard
3. run bundle install --without development test

Expected behavior
successful installation of dependencies bundle install --without development test

Hello, this is an issue with the appliance, since what fails is a regular Redmine dependency, not the plugin.

You likely need more special arguments to bundle install or some other specific steps. Please check with the plugin install documentation of your appliance.

What docker image are you using?
