Saved image dosen't have colouer lines

Have a complex flow diagam. When converting to PFD or saving image the most of the coloured junction or connecting lines the define each system aren't being copied correctly are just black exept 2 lines which retain thier given colour.

When there are situations that require a junction or connectiong line to cross each other , its dosent brigde the previous line , but justa intercects it. VISIO dose this and is realy handy function.
