Use Viewer API in the Files app

Like the Nextcloud ONLYOFFICE app, this app would benefit greatly from opening files using the Viewer frame intended for that purpose, instead of opening a separate Application view. In addition, this would allow for the document sidebar to be opened at the same time as Draw.io
