Clock Drift

I checked my clock drift per BuildOpt:

and found the results were faster than the 1000 milliseconds. Is a negative number accepted in this function? What does the clock drift affect?

Yes, you can use negative number here. It will affect the length of Arduino delay() and delayMicroseconds as well as the number returend by millis and micros functions to compensate the drift.
