Wrong value in release 1.0.4 for is-offset-one-third-desktop

As the title states for some reason the offset is calculated to be 0.3333% instead of 33.3333%

Strangely "is-offset-two-thirds-desktop" seems to have been calculated correctly as 66.6666%
