Home Assistant template for "standard" H-A Update status display (add to configuration.yaml)

Instead of:

Genmon Mon Update Available: Yes | No

Now displays update status as:

or

current installed version... the new version level number does not appear to be available from Home Assistant. Today (2026/03/10) the next version is V1.20.00.

@dmperl I think I can add this as a sensor directly instead of creating a template sensor. Let me see what I can come up with.

It only took me 4 years to realize I could create a template sensor to do this. I will gladly delete it when an official sensor becomes available.
