Own animation for minimap when player is speaking #11

Currently the minimap reuses existing animations that the minimap provides by default.

Perhaps it would be possible to render an overlay on top of the minimap where the speak animation could be drawn at. Here's an example where something is drawn to the battle screen (text in a transparent window):
