Webpack 4 compatibility: Attributes extracted

All attributes apart from class are extracted from the svg root tag.
This is causing styling issues as the svg does not have the required viewBox etc.

I'm using webpack 4 and the latest version of this library.

When I try to set attributes with the props option, they too are ignored and not set.
Any ideas of why this is happening / how I can fix?
